Air Fryer French Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Russet Potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Flaked Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer on 375F for 5 minutes
  2. Slice the potatoes into long strips that are 1/4 inch thick; you can keep the skin on if you prefer
  3. Transfer the sliced potatoes into a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss to coat
  4. Place a single layer of potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-13 minutes, until crispy and golden; do not overlap the potatoes because they will not cook evenly and be crispy
  5. Serve immediately with some flaked sea salt on top
