Ingredients
- 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380F; peel the sweet potatoes; slice each potato into even 1/4 inch thick sticks
- Place the sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl; toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper
- Cook in 2 batches, depending on the size of the basket; do not overcrowd the basket; cook for 12 minutes and turn half way through; they are done when crispy
- Serve with favorite dipping sauce
