Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
  • 6 pieces Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Chives
  • Flour Tortillas, 6 small or 3 large

 

  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing; mix until smooth
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives; spread a generous layer over tortillas
  3. Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces
