Bacon Spinach Dip

  • 8 ounces block Cream Cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup Mayo
  • ⅓ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 16 ounces Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed of water
  • 10 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Baguette Sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 350F; stir together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika until combined
  2. Fold in spinach, cooked bacon, parmesan, and ¾ cup mozzarella; transfer spinach mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella
  3. Bake until golden and bubbly, 25-30 minutes
  4. Make crostini: drizzle bread with olive oil and season with salt; toast until golden, 10 minutes; rub with garlic clove while still warm
  5. Serve with crostini
