Ingredients
- 35 Baby Potatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F; spray 2 baking sheets with non stick spray
- Wash then slice potatoes into thin rounds; place in large mixing bowl
- Add oil; stir to coat
- Using a gallon size ziplock baggie, add grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper; close bag and shake to mix
- Spoon potatoes into cheese mixture; shake to coat
- Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet; place in oven
- Bake for 40 minutes; turn once during baking
- Once brown and fork tender, remove from oven; use dipping sauces such as ranch or ketchup
