- 1 ½ cups Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- ¾ cup Milk
- ¾ cup Chopped Pecans, divided
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar, packed
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F; grease a 9-inch square baking dish
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until well combined; spread into the prepared dish; sprinkle top with ¼ cup chopped pecans; bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are starting to turn golden brown
