Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Bananas, ripe and mashed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Crumb Mixture
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F; lightly spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray; set aside
- Combine softened butter and sugar in a bowl; beat until well combined; add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla and sour cream; mix to combine
- Add flour, baking powder and salt; stir until just combined, do not over mix; pour into the 9×13 pan
- In a small bowl combine all of the crumb mixture ingredients; mix with fork until small crumbs form; if over mix a paste will form; sprinkle crumbs in an even/thick layer over the top of the banana batter
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
