BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Slider Buns
  • Coleslaw, optional

Directions

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; lay the chicken breasts in the borrow of a slow cooker; pour the sauce over the chicken and turn to coat; place 2 paper towels under the lid of the slow cooker to prevent excess moisture
  2. Cook on high of 3-4 hours until chicken breasts reach a minimum of 165F and shred easily
  3. Pull chicken breasts apart with two forks; add more sauce if necessary; serve on slider buns topped with coleslaw
