Ingredients
- ¾ cup Blueberries/Blackberries/Raspberries
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
- Ice Cream for topping
Directions
- In a bowl mix the berries together with sugar and lemon juice; fill a microwave mug right below the rim with berries
- Microwave the mug for 45 seconds until the berries become tender and the sauce begins to thicken; make sure it doesn’t boil over
- In another bowl, stir together the oats, flour, cinnamon, and coconut oil; spoon the mixture on top of the berries and microwave the mug for 30-45 seconds
- Serve with ice cream
