Pancakes
- 1 cup Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Cake Mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
Cream Filling
- 1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- Heavy Cream
Chocolate Ganache
- 8 ounces Chocolate
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Making the Pancakes
- Lightly grease a griddle over medium-low heat
- In large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, cake mix, milk, vanilla, and eggs
- Use a measuring cup to pour ⅓ cup of pancake mix onto pan, flipping when bubbles form on edges
Making the Cream Filling
- In large bowl, make pudding according to package instructions
- In separate bowl, beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff peaks form, 2-3 minutes
- Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture
Making the Ganache
- Heat cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer; remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until completely melted and combined
- Assemble pancakes: one pancake then cream filling then pancake with chocolate ganache over all the pancakes
