Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar, light or dark but fresh
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

 

  1. Place all frosting ingredients in large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed, then gradually increase the speed to medium-high
  2. Beat for a minute or two, until smooth and creamy; if you want thicker add more powdered sugar
  3. Goes good with carrot cake or cupcakes!
