Brownie Frosting

  • 3 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Milk (or Heavy Cream)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
  1. In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, combine room temperature butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla and sugar
  2. Turn mixer on low and let it combine ingredients for 30 seconds
  3. Slowly add in milk, on tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired consistency; you may not need all 3 tablespoons, only 1 possibly
  4. Spread over warm brownies such as the best fudge cocoa brownies

 

A stand mixer will help make your frosting faster!
