Ingredients
- 1 9 inch Pie Crust
- 3 tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Ganache
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Directions
- With a mixer on high mix cream cheese, milk, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter and granulated sugar together for 2 minutes
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until stick peaks form, 5 minutes; fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture; pour the entire mixture into the pie crust
- Cover with plastic wrap; freeze overnight
- Let pie defrost for 2 hours then make ganache
- Ganache: in a saucepan, bring the heavy cream and butter to a boil; slowly fold in chocolate chips on low heat
- Spread the chocolate ganache over the pie; chill in the fridge until set
