Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 ½ cups Unsalted Pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
- ½ cup Toffee bits
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs, vanilla extract; mix until smooth
- Add flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder; mix until just combined
- Mix in pecans and toffee bits until evenly distributed
- Chill dough for 30-45 minutes
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll into balls; place them on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350F for 11-14 minutes until the cookies are golden brown
