Ingredients
- 12 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Green Apple
- 35 wrapped Caramel Candies
- 16 ounce bag of Pretzels
Directions
- Melt 1 ¾ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave; stir every 15 seconds until smooth
- Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper; use a rubber spatula to spread it into a rectangle
- Layer pretzels on top of the chocolate until it is covered
- Dice the green apple; pat the diced apple with a paper towel to get rid of excess moisture, this prevents the caramel from becoming runny
- Unwrap the caramels and microwave them in 15 second intervals; stir until all melted; mix the apples into the caramel; spread it on top of the pretzels
- Place in fridge and let sit for 30 minutes
- Remove from fridge; melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle it on top
- Return to the fridge for an hour; remove the bark from fridge and cut into bite size pieces
- Leave the bark in the fridge until ready to serve
