Ingredients
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Filling
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
Directions
- Grease 9 inch loaf pan; preheat oven to 350F
- Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; beat eggs, milk and oil
- Slowly add dry mixture to wet until just moist
- Lightly grease the pan with baking spray; pour 1/2 of batter into the loaf pan
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg; top the center of the mixture in the loaf pan with the cream cheese mixture
- Pour the remaining batter in to the loaf pan
- Add a line of caramel sauce to the top of the batter; swirl with a knife
- Bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
