Caramel Cheesecake Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil

Filling

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce

Directions

  1. Grease 9 inch loaf pan; preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; beat eggs, milk and oil
  3. Slowly add dry mixture to wet until just moist
  4. Lightly grease the pan with baking spray; pour 1/2 of batter into the loaf pan
  5. Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg; top the center of the mixture in the loaf pan with the cream cheese mixture
  6. Pour the remaining batter in to the loaf pan
  7. Add a line of caramel sauce to the top of the batter; swirl with a knife
  8. Bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
