Cheesecake Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 ounces White Chocolate, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Fresh Fruit

Directions

  1. Heat milk until hot but not boiling; whisk in white chocolate until melted and smooth; set aside to cool
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar and cream cheese; mix the white chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture
  3. In a separate bowl using an electric mixer beat the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form; gently fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture
  4. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight; serve with fresh fruit and graham crackers
