Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 cups Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed and drained
- 1 cup Chicken, shredded
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt, and pepper; stir in the broccoli, chicken, onion and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- Transfer to a 9 inch pie pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Bake until golden brown, a knife should come out clean when inserted, 15-20 minutes; let stand for 10 minutes before serving
