Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 cups Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Chicken, shredded
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt, and pepper; stir in the broccoli, chicken, onion and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
  3. Transfer to a 9 inch pie pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese
  4. Bake until golden brown, a knife should come out clean when inserted, 15-20 minutes; let stand for 10 minutes before serving
