Ingredients
- 5 strips of Bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 Chicken Breasts, grilled
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 cup Petite Sweet Peas
- 1 box Bowtie Pasta
Directions
- Cook 5 strips of bacon; set aside
- Cook 2 chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of butter with salt and pepper to taste; set aside
- Cook bowtie noodles then drain; cook sweet peas
- Sauce: sauté 3 cloves of garlic; add milk, heavy cream, chicken broth and flour; whisk until smooth
- Cook on low heat until it thickens
- Add in parmesan cheese; if sauce becomes too thick, add a small amount of chicken broth
- Add the bowtie pasta; stir to cover the noodles; add parsley; salt and pepper to taste
- Cut up the chicken and bacon into bite sized pieces; mix together
- Add chicken, bacon,and cooked sweet peas to the sauce; mix until combined; serve hot
