- 2 cups Grilled Chicken Breast, chopped
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Cilantro, minced
- 4 Tortilla Shells
- Lay tortilla shells out; place ½ cup chicken, 1 tablespoon ranch, 2 tablespoons mozzarella, and 1 tablespoon minced cilantro on each tortilla; roll shell into a burrito shape
- Heat pan to medium heat; coat with light layer of cooking spray; cook wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown; remove and slice in half
