Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chicken, cooked and diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine; the salt will need 30 minutes to dissolve; add more salt and pepper to taste
  2. Chill in fridge until ready to serve
  3. Best served on sliced bread, croissants or lettuce wraps
