Ingredients
- 3 cups Chicken, cooked and diced
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup Green Onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine; the salt will need 30 minutes to dissolve; add more salt and pepper to taste
- Chill in fridge until ready to serve
- Best served on sliced bread, croissants or lettuce wraps
