Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Caramels

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except caramels in a small bowl until combined
  2. Pour batter into a large coffee mug
  3. Cut each caramel into 3 pieces; drop caramel pieces into the coffee mug; stir gently to combine
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds
