- 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 6 tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder; put aside
- In a large bowl, mix butter and cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until creamy
- Add egg, milk and vanilla extract; continue mixing
- Add powdered sugar and mix until mixture is fluffy; add dry ingredients and mix until fine dough
- Add mini chocolate chips and stir well; leave in fridge for an hour
- Preheat oven to 375F; line two baking sheets with parchment paper; remove dough from fridge and shape into balls
- Place on baking sheets 1.5 inches apart; slightly flatten with hands
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet; transfer to wire rack to cool completely
