Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Light/Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¼ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350F; lightly grease pizza pan
  2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl; set aside
  3. Using a mixer with paddle attachment, cream butter and both sugars together on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes
  4. Add the egg and beat on high until combined, about 1 minute; scrape the sides of bowl; add the vanilla extract, then mix on high until combined
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined; with the mixer on low speed, add the chocolate chips; dough will be thick and soft
  6. Transfer the cookie dough to the pizza pan and flatten with your finger or spatula until the edges reach the sides
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned on top; allow the cookie pizza to cool on pan before slicing
