Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ cup Oil
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F; grease and flour the bottom and sides of a 9×5 inch loaf pan
- In a medium bowl whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside
- In a large bowl wish together the oil and sugars until smooth; whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract; stir in the pumpkin
- Fold the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture; gently fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle the top with a few chocolate chips
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
