Brownies
- ½ cup Salted Butter
- 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
Topping
- 8 ounces Strawberries, sliced
- 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl until smooth; stir in sugar
- Add eggs and vanilla; add flour, baking powder and salt
- Pour into 8×8″ pan lined with nonstick foil
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes; cool
- Lay strawberries on top; melt chocolate and pour over the berries
- Chill at least 1 hour and cut
