Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Brownies

Brownies

  • ½ cup Salted Butter
  • 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Topping

  • 8 ounces Strawberries, sliced
  • 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl until smooth; stir in sugar
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; add flour, baking powder and salt
  3. Pour into 8×8″ pan lined with nonstick foil
  4. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes; cool
  5. Lay strawberries on top; melt chocolate and pour over the berries
  6. Chill at least 1 hour and cut
