- 4 slices Texas Toast
- 8 tablespoons Chocolate Peanut Butter, or Nutella
- 1 medium Banana, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, griddle
- Spread each slice of bread with about 2 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter
- Evenly add bananas to 2 of the slices of bread in an even, flat layer
- Top with remaining bread slices, with chocolate peanut butter side down, touching the bananas; set the 2 sandwiches aside
- In medium bowl, add eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon; whisk to combine; set aside
- Add butter to a large skillet; heat over medium-high heat to melt; after butter has melted, dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, on both sides, and place sandwiches in skillet
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until lightly golden brown on both sides; slice and serve immediately
