Icing
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
Cinnamon Mixture
- 1 ½ tablespoon Butter, melted
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add vanilla, powdered sugar and cream
- In bowl, stir together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon
- Using a spoon, drop dollops of brown sugar mixture into frosting; use a knife to swirl it through frosting
