Cake
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- (2) 16 ounces Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Frosting
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons Butter, softened
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Cake: In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar mix well; add 1 egg and vanilla and mix until smooth; set aside
- Grease a 9-inch pie pan; press 16 ounces of cookie dough into bottom of pan; add cream filling, spread out filling; cover with remaining 16 ounces of cookie dough
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes
- Frosting: mix cream cheese and butter together; then add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth
- Once cookie cake is cooled frost and enjoy!
