Cookie Cake with Filling

Cake

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • (2) 16 ounces Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Frosting

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

 

  1. Cake: In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and sugar mix well; add 1 egg and vanilla and mix until smooth; set aside
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie pan; press 16 ounces of cookie dough into bottom of pan; add cream filling, spread out filling; cover with remaining 16 ounces of cookie dough
  3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes
  4. Frosting: mix cream cheese and butter together; then add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth
  5. Once cookie cake is cooled frost and enjoy!
