Cookie Dough Egg Rolls

  • 1 (16.5 ounce) Cookie Dough Log
  • 9 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil, for frying
  • 2 tablespoons Powder Sugar
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips, melted

 

  1. Place an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape on a clean surface; place 3 tablespoons of cookie dough into a line in the center; fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides; gently roll, then seal fold with a few drops of water
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat add vegetable oil so it reaches 1″ up the side of pan; heat oil until a drop of water bubbles when added to the oil
  3. Add egg rolls and fry until golden, 1 minute per side; transfer to a paper bowl lined plate; dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with melted chocolate and serve
