Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened and cubed
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 5 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingreidnets except the sugar into the bowl of stand mixer; mix on medium speed until smooth, 3-4 minutes
  2. Reduce the mixer speed to medium low; add powdered sugar on cup at a time; scrape sides often
  3. Once all of the powdered sugar is add beat until fluffy 5-6 minutes
