Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- ½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- ½ Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 8 Slices of Bacon, fried
- 8 ounce can of Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Egg for egg wash
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In a bowl beat the eggs with the chopped bell peppers, salt and pepper; cook the eggs in a skillet and scramble them
- Lay the crescent rolls on parchment paper in the shape of a star
- On each crescent roll lay a piece of bacon; add half of the cheese around the ring; add the scrambled eggs around the ring; top with remainder of cheese
- Fold the crescents over; brush with egg wash
- Bake for 20 minutes until the crescents are golden brown
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm
