Crescent Bacon Breakfast Ring


Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 Slices of Bacon, fried
  • 8 ounce can of Crescent Rolls
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Egg for egg wash

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs with the chopped bell peppers, salt and pepper; cook the eggs in a skillet and scramble them
  3. Lay the crescent rolls on parchment paper in the shape of a star
  4. On each crescent roll lay a piece of bacon; add half of the cheese around the ring; add the scrambled eggs around the ring; top with remainder of cheese
  5. Fold the crescents over; brush with egg wash
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the crescents are golden brown
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm
