Health(ier) Crab Cakes

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ¼ cup Mayo
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 sparse handful Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 pound Crab Meat
  • ¼ heaping cup Parmesan Cheese

 

  1. Beat together first 9 ingredients
  2. Fold in breadcrumbs and parsley
  3. Fold in crab meat
  4. Form into patties, about 4-6
  5. Shape and place on cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
