Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Green, Purple, Orange M&Ms
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Halloween Sprinkles
- 48 Candy Eyeballs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F; line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
- Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl
- Combine the brown sugar and sugar with the butter with an electric mixer; beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes; add the eggs and vanilla beat well to combine 1-2 minutes; add the flour mixture and beat on low speed to combine, scrape the bowl down once to make sure it is mixed well, 1 minute
- Add the oats, M&Ms, chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles; mix on low speed just to combine, 30 seconds
- Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of sprinkles in a small bowl; use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out dough and roll into a ball, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand
- Press the top of the ball in the sprinkles; place on baking sheet; put 2 candy eyeballs on each dough ball; refrigerate remaining dough
- Bake for 15-18 minutes; remove and transfer to wire rack to cool completely; repeat with remaining dough
