Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough Ice Cream

  • 2 frozen Bananas, in chunks
  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 2-4 tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, or other non-dairy milk
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

 

  1. Place frozen banana chunks, oatmeal, raisins, almond milk (start with 2 tablespoons) and cinnamon in food processor
  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy; stop and stir mixture a few times
  3. Place into one or two bowls and serve immediately
