Honey Garlic Pork Chops

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 4 Bone-in Pork Chops, fat trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In small bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and oregano; mix until combined
  3. Place pork chops in large bowl, pour sauce over the pork chops and mix
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat
  5. Add the pork chops and sauce to the skillet; sear chops on both sides until just browned, 2 minutes per side
  6. Remove from heat, add the butter, place pork chops in the preheated oven
  7. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until cooked though when internal temperature reaches 160F
  8. Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate
  9. Spoon the sauce over the chops and garnish with parsley
