Honey Garlic Shrimp

  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 pound Medium Uncooked Shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  1. Whisk the honey and soy sauce in medium bowl
  2. Place shrimp in large baggy or container; pour in ½ of the marinade mixture; shake to cover all the shrimp in marinade; allow shrimp to marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes or up to 12 hours; cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade for later
  3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat; place shrimp in skillet; cook shrimp on one side until no longer pink, 45 seconds, then flip over; pour in the remaining marinade; cook until the shrimp is cooked through, 1 minute
  4. Serve shrimp with cooked marinade sauce
