Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Marshmallows
Directions
- Beat butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes; add eggs and vanilla; mix well
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients; gradually mix dry ingredients into butter mixture until well blended; do not over mix
- Stir in chocolate chips and freeze dried marshmallows; cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes
- When ready to bake preheat oven to 350F; place 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets lined with parchment paper
- Bake 9-11 minutes; cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes
