Jalapeno Cheese Rollups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 ounce can of diced Jalapenos
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 large Tortillas
  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together soft cream cheese with the drained jalapenos, onion powder, cumin and cheddar cheese; mix until smooth
  2. Spread the mixture onto a tortilla; roll up length wise
  3. Wrap the rolled up tortilla in saran wrap; place in fridge for 2 hours
  4. Once chilled, unwrap the saran wrap and cut into slices
