Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 ounce can of diced Jalapenos
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 large Tortillas
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
Directions
- In a bowl mix together soft cream cheese with the drained jalapenos, onion powder, cumin and cheddar cheese; mix until smooth
- Spread the mixture onto a tortilla; roll up length wise
- Wrap the rolled up tortilla in saran wrap; place in fridge for 2 hours
- Once chilled, unwrap the saran wrap and cut into slices
