Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cellentani Pasta
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 8 ounces Block American Cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 pound Main Lobster Meat, cooked and chopped
- 3 Slices Bacon, crisp cooked and chopped
- 2 teaspoons Thyme, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside
- Heat milk in large pot over medium heat; stir in American cheese, cheddar cheese and cream cheese; cook and stir until cheeses are melted
- Stir in pasta; cook over low heat for 5 minutes; remove from heat
- Stir in lobster, bacon, and 2 teaspoons thyme; season to taste with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
- Serve with green onions and thyme as garnish
