Lobster Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cellentani Pasta
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 8 ounces Block American Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 pound Main Lobster Meat, cooked and chopped
  • 3 Slices Bacon, crisp cooked and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Thyme, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside
  2. Heat milk in large pot over medium heat; stir in American cheese, cheddar cheese and cream cheese; cook and stir until cheeses are melted
  3. Stir in pasta; cook over low heat for 5 minutes; remove from heat
  4. Stir in lobster, bacon, and 2 teaspoons thyme; season to taste with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
  5. Serve with green onions and thyme as garnish
