Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Mango, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Avocado, cut into chunks
- 1/8 cup Red Onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 Red Jalapeño, seed and deveined then minced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro, slivered
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Directions
- Mix the mango, strawberries, avocado, red onion, garlic and jalapeño together in a bowl
- Heat the lime juice and honey in a microwave safe bowl for 15 seconds in the microwave; whisk to combine
- Once it has cooled add 2 tablespoons to the salsa; gently fold to combine; add more honey/lime juice to tasting; garnish with cilantro
- Serve with chips or cinnamon flavored baked tortilla chips
