Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1/8 cup Red Onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red Jalapeño, seed and deveined then minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, slivered
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

  1. Mix the mango, strawberries, avocado, red onion, garlic and jalapeño together in a bowl
  2. Heat the lime juice and honey in a microwave safe bowl for 15 seconds in the microwave; whisk to combine
  3. Once it has cooled add 2 tablespoons to the salsa; gently fold to combine; add more honey/lime juice to tasting; garnish with cilantro
  4. Serve with chips or cinnamon flavored baked tortilla chips
