Maraschino Cherry Frosting

  • 1 cup Butter, room temperature
  • 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Juice from Maraschino Cherry Jar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  1. Beat softened butter in large bowl until completely smooth and fluffy
  2. Gradually beat in 2 cups of powdered sugar
  3. Beat in maraschino cherry juice and almond extract until completely combined
  4. Gradually beat in the rest of powdered sugar, one cup at a time
  5. If frosting is too thick, beat in additional maraschino cherry juice one teaspoon at a time
