- 1 cup Butter, room temperature
- 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
- 6 tablespoons Juice from Maraschino Cherry Jar
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- Beat softened butter in large bowl until completely smooth and fluffy
- Gradually beat in 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Beat in maraschino cherry juice and almond extract until completely combined
- Gradually beat in the rest of powdered sugar, one cup at a time
- If frosting is too thick, beat in additional maraschino cherry juice one teaspoon at a time
