Marshmallow Oreo Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 ounce package Cookies N Cream Pudding Mix, dry mix only
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ⅛ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ¼ cups Flour
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 jumbo Hershey’s Cookies N Cream Candy Bar, chopped
  • 8-10 Oreos, coarsely crushed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla; mix again
  2. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt; add to the butter mixture; then add cocoa powder and pudding mix; stir until everything is fully combined
  3. Fold in marshmallows, chopped candy bar, and crushed Oreos
  4. Chill dough for 15 minutes; scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and shape into balls; place on a greased cookie sheet, make sure it’s butter because marshmallows are very sticky; dough balls should be 2 inches apart
  5. Bake at 350F for 8-11 minutes
