Guacamole

  • 3 Avocados
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup Roma Tomatoes, finely diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno or Serrano Chile (1 tablespoons), finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • Garnish: cilantro leaves on stems

 

  1. Use a knife to slice avocados in half; reserve pits for later; remove the peels and place the avocados in a bowl
  2. Mash the avocados until the consistency is smooth with a few lumps
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl; gently fold all ingredients together
  4. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with tortilla chips
