Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- ⅔ cup Cocoa Noir
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 teaspoons Black Food Coloring
Directions
- Melt butter and stir in the cocoa noir with a paddle attachment on a stand mixer
- Add powdered sugar; mix on low speed
- Add ⅓ cup of heavy cream; increase speed to medium; add 4 tablespoons more of heavy cream until desired consistency has been reached
- Add vanilla extract and black food coloring; increase speed to medium high and mix for 90 seconds
