Mini Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Nutella Spread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F; line a muffin pan with paper liners
  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix then put a layer of crumbs in each paper liner; press crumbs down
  3. Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth; divide evenly and spread into each liner
  4. Place Nutella into microwave safe bowl; microwave for 10 seconds; place a dollop into the center of each cheesecake; swirl with a toothpick
  5. Bake the cheesecakes for 25 minutes; allow to cool; refrigerate for 2 hours then remove the paper liners
