Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ cup Nutella Spread
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F; line a muffin pan with paper liners
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix then put a layer of crumbs in each paper liner; press crumbs down
- Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth; divide evenly and spread into each liner
- Place Nutella into microwave safe bowl; microwave for 10 seconds; place a dollop into the center of each cheesecake; swirl with a toothpick
- Bake the cheesecakes for 25 minutes; allow to cool; refrigerate for 2 hours then remove the paper liners
