Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 12 ounces Mint Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in bowl until creamy
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in mint chips and chocolate chips
- Use a cookie scoop to place rounded dough balls onto a cookie sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
