Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 
  • 12 ounces Mint Chips 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in bowl until creamy
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in mint chips and chocolate chips
  5. Use a cookie scoop to place rounded dough balls onto a cookie sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
