Ingredients
- 24 ounces Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
Glaze
- 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
Directions
- Prepare a Bundt pan by greasing it with butter; preheat oven to 350F
- Cut each biscuit in to four equal bite sized pieces
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; roll pieces of biscuits and place in the cinnamon sugar mixture; arrange the pieces in the Bundt pan
- In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar cinnamon mixture with the brown sugar and butter; bring mixture to a boil then immediately remove from heat; stir until sugars have fully dissolved; slowly drizzle the mixture over the rolled dough balls in the Bundt pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Allow pan to rest for 5 minute; cover with a large plate then invert; drizzle with glaze; pull dough pieces off with fingers
