Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed

Glaze

  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Directions

  1. Prepare a Bundt pan by greasing it with butter; preheat oven to 350F
  2. Cut each biscuit in to four equal bite sized pieces
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; roll pieces of biscuits and place in the cinnamon sugar mixture; arrange the pieces in the Bundt pan
  4. In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 cup of the remaining sugar cinnamon mixture with the brown sugar and butter; bring mixture to a boil then immediately remove from heat; stir until sugars have fully dissolved; slowly drizzle the mixture over the rolled dough balls in the Bundt pan
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Allow pan to rest for 5 minute; cover with a large plate then invert; drizzle with glaze; pull dough pieces off with fingers
