Nutella Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F; line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper; lightly grease parchment paper
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter until smooth; allow to slightly cool
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate mixture, sugar and salt; whisk in eggs one at a time; add vanilla extract; sift in flour and cocoa powder; stir until batter comes together
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan
  5. Drop Nutella in dollops around the batter; use a butter knife to swirl the Nutella through the batter
  6. Bake for 35 minutes until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs; allow to cool completely before slicing
