Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
- 1 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Raisins
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375F; line baking sheets with parchment paper; in a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and apple pie spice
- In another bowl with a mixer, cream together the butter and sugars on high until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes; scrape the bowl; add in the vanilla and eggs and mix; turn the mixer on low and slowly add in the flour mixture; scrape the bowl again then turn the mixer on low; mix in the oats and raisins
- Using a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the dough into equal portions
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until slightly golden; cool for 5 minutes before removing
